Former MLB Player
Our athletes train under a coach who has competed at the highest level of professional baseball. That experience shapes everything we do, from the standards we set at practice to the way we prepare players for showcase competition.
Train With UsTeam 300 is built for 14U and 16U athletes across Florida who want more. Through professional-level individualized development and competitive tournament play, we prepare complete players to compete confidently at the next level.
To be the premier 14U & 16U softball program in Florida, known for developing skilled athletes with strong fundamentals, mental toughness, and the confidence to compete at the highest levels.
Our approach is built on communication and transparency. Every tournament has a purpose. Athletes receive individualized preparation beforehand, coaching and adjustments during games, and clear feedback afterward. Parents are never left guessing. You will know what your athlete is working on, why it matters, and how it supports their development and confidence moving forward.
At Team 300, we nurture hungry athletes eager to gain the tools and confidence needed to excel in competitive softball.
On the Field
We prioritize individualized development during live game play. Every athlete receives personalized coaching and actionable feedback in real time.
A Pre-Tournament Development Clinic is held before each event, introducing athletes to advanced techniques and setting them up to compete with full confidence.
